During our Team of Officials Handover weekend the previous term’s TO as well as the TO for the current term got the opportunity to attend different CB sessions about a variety of topics including: Mental health hour & time management, Introduction to IFMSA, Conflict management & Group dynamics, Presentation & Public speaking, Team building & management, Advocacy in policy making, Evaluation & Activity management, Fundraising, Networking and Active involvement in the NMO. Also, during the handover weekend the last details of the handover procedure were made, officially marking the end of it.
