During our Team of Officials Handover weekend the previous term’s TO as well as the TO for the current term got the opportunity to attend different CB sessions about a variety of topics including: Mental health hour & time management, Introduction to IFMSA, Conflict management & Group dynamics, Presentation & Public speaking, Team building & management, Advocacy in policy making, Evaluation & Activity management, Fundraising, Networking and Active involvement in the NMO. Also, during the handover weekend the last details of the handover procedure were made, officially marking the end of it. Special thanks to the owners and people of the New Okella Hotel for welcoming CyMSA family at their facilities and their amazing hospitality!
