10th National General Assembly
Dear CyMSA members,
It’s with great joy that we get to invite you to the 10th National General Assembly of the Cyprus Medical Students’ Association!
The annual general assembly is the most important day of the year for CyMSA, since we get to have the activity report, constitutional changes are established and the next Team of Officials is elected in the presence of dignitaries of the sector of health and medical education of Cyprus as well as external partners of CyMSA.
Date: Friday 17th November at 18:30 (registrations: 18:00)
Location: Shiakolas Educational Center for Clinical Medicine
*New members can register on point and attend the General Assembly
*Members who have not attended General Assemblies for 2 consecutive years will be deleted as provided by CyMSA’s Constitution and Bylaws

OPEN CALLS FOR:
- THE TEAM OF OFFICIALS:
If you are interested in getting more involved in CyMSA’s activity you can apply to be part of The Team of Officials for the next term.
All you have to do is to:
A. Submit your candidature by filling out the relevant form (scan the QR code or with the link below) by the 16th of November.
Candidatures must include:
- Short relevant CV
- Motivation Letter
- Plan of action.
B. Present your candidature at the General Assembly with or without PowerPoint slides in 2 minutes
*The candidatures will be shared with all the members of the association 2 days before the NGA

- THE ORGANIZING COMMITTEE:
Be more involved in the 10th Annual General Assembly of our organization by being part of the OC (chair person, support people, voting assistants)
You can apply to be part of the OC by filling out the relevant form (scan QR code or click below)
- MOTIONS / CONSTITUTIONAL CHANGES:
You are given the opportunity to be a part of the decision making process by proposing motions or points you would like to be discussed during our General Assembly which is taking place on the 17th of November.
You can propose anything you want by filling out the relevant form (scan QR code or link in bio)
