On May 26th the 9th Civil Society Meeting was held in the House of Representatives. Representatives from 56 volunteering/NGO organizations participated, including CyMSA. The meeting took place in the context of a productive, healthy dialogue surrounding topics needing attention in the operation of the island’s NGOs, including funding, member engagement and cooperation between the government bodies and the organizations.
According to Alexandros, our General Secretary and our association’s representative, getting to share our concerns and opinions in the house of representatives was truly an honour. All these topics are important to us and it was a great opportunity for the growth of our association. #cymsamed #cymsa
