Dear CyMSA Members,
CyMSA Cyprus is excited to announce the organization of an Upcoming Mental Health Conference, in November, aiming to raise awareness, foster dialogue, and promote well-being within our community.
We are now opening applications for the Organizing Committee (OC) and invite motivated and passionate members to be part of this impactful initiative.
Available Positions:
1. Co Head of Organizing Committee (2 spots):
The Organizing Committee Co-Heads will oversee the entire planning and execution of the conference, coordinate all teams and ensure smooth communication and progress accross the committee.
2. Logistics Team (6 spots):
- Venue Coordination and Setup
- Conference Registration Management
- Budget management and recource allocation
- Catering and Drinks
- Sponsor Search
3. Sessions Team (3 spots):
- Development of the academic program
- Identification and Communication with the speakers
- Structuring sessions workshops and panels
- Ensuring content quality and relevance
4. Public Relations and Communications (PRC) Team (3spots):
- Promotion of the conference across platforms
- Social Media management and content creation
- Design of promotional materials

All active CyMSA members who are enthusiastic, committed, and interested in contributing to mental health advocacy are encouraged to apply!
*Each team will include at least 2 greek speakers!
