Application Package Requirements
To submit a valid candidacy, applicants must upload a complete package containing the following three documents:
- Short Relevant CV: Summarizing your medical studies, past CyMSA/IFMSA experience, external leadership roles, and key skills.
- Motivation Letter: Detailing why you are running, your personal drive, and what strengths you bring to the position.
- Plan of Action (PoA): Outlining your vision, concrete goals, key priorities, and execution strategy for the 2026–2027 term.
Important Timeline & Next Steps
- Submission Deadline: October 31, 2026 (23:59)
- Publication Date: November 1, 2026 — All submitted candidatures will be published association-wide to ensure full transparency for all CyMSA members.
- NGA Presentation: All candidates will present their candidatures and plans of action live during the upcoming National General Assembly (NGA).
