It is with great pleasure that we announce the opening of the call for applications for the 13th National General Assembly (NGA) Plenary and Logistics Team!
What is the National General Assembly (NGA)?
The National General Assembly is a pivotal event for our association. During the NGA, we:
- Present our annual activities and highlight major achievements.
- Review our annual action and financial reports.
- Vote on critical organizational matters, including constitutional changes.
- Elect the new Team of Officials (TO) for the upcoming term.
The NGA plays a fundamental role in shaping the future of CyMSA, and every member’s engagement drives our collective growth.

Available Positions
We are looking for dedicated members to join the team and facilitate a smooth, impactful Assembly across the following roles:
Plenary Team Positions
- Plenary Chairperson (1 member)
- Plenary Vice-Chairperson (1 member)
- Plenary Secretary (1 member)
- Plenary Assistant-Secretary (1 member)
- Plenary Returning Officer (1 member)
Logistics Team Responsibilities
The Logistics Team will oversee the practical organization and coordination of the plenary, including:
- Securing and coordinating suitable venues.
- Arranging food, catering, and refreshments.
- Managing equipment, materials, and supplies.
- Liaising with external suppliers and venue managers.
- Assisting with set-up and on-site organization before and during activities.
